Embodied Entrepreneurs - Take The Leap

Are you a woman in business - or would like to be a woman in business, but you’re struggling to ‘quit the day job’ or take the leap of faith? Do you have or suspect you have ADHD or neurodiversity? Would you like support with all aspects of your business: from coming up with the idea (if needed) to accountability, support and coaching to be able to action the next steps to start your business or scale it up? Would you like holistic, therapeutic coaching around the anxiety, overwhelm or imposter syndrome that shows up? Do you need coaching around your ‘money mindset’ and how to think about levelling up financially? Do you want to connect with, and learn from, other women on the same journey?

Kirstie is a psychologist, coach, and serial entrepreneur who also has ADHD. She has worked in both the start-up world as well as with senior corporate executives, so knows the challenges and the landscapes wherever you are in your career journey. This group will meet online. Women’s group coaching

Do you struggle between feeling ‘too much’ or ‘not enough’? Do you find it hard to ask for what you really want - or even knowing what that is in the first place? Maybe you struggle with anxiety, or putting in boundaries. Come to small group mind-body coaching, learn and share with other women, and leave feeling connected to your authentic self, and empowered to take up the space you deserve.

Dancing for the answers

Joy. Freedom. Connection. Authenticity. Flow. 

 This is what I hope to facilitate in these classes. Above all though it’s about coming back to being in your body and learning more about yourself; how you relate to yourself, others and the wider world – all through movement. All emotions and experiences are welcomed – dance through them, as we dance together – dancing for the answers. 

Classes are facilitated by Kirstie – an HCPC registered psychologist, coach, embodied yoga teacher and movement facilitator, and dance / 5 Rhythms / free movement enthusiast. 

There might be some structured movement you might recognise from yoga, martial arts, Pilates, or cardio – but mostly plenty of space to just dance, feel, and be. There will be an excellent, eclectic playlist. Absolutely no dance experience necessary, it’s not about how you look or the moves you can do – it’s about what you can feel.
